Not paypal verified, has no bank account, uses other peoples playerauctions profile to try to prove he has feedback scores.
I asked him to send me a message with the playerauctions account he claimed would be his([22:25:58] Tubin Tubon: ), he never send the message, then deleted me in skype.

I can confirm that he indeed is trying to scam people. After the transaction he simply ignored me. Just opened a dispute on paypal for it
