FAQ:

Q: Why can't I have access to the source code?
A: Because cheating was a highlight of last league (allegedly pre-loading Archnemesis mobs). This is to keep a relatively low profile. The plan is to release source code next league, but things are of course subject to change.

Q: Can I use this with the Steam version of PoE?
A: Not currently, it only supports the standalone client at this time.

Q: Can beasts be added to preloads?
A: No. GGG changed how beasts are loaded. They now only are loaded when you get close to them to prevent the exploit you are trying to do.


Requirements:

Not 100% sure. If you're running into trouble try installing:
DirectX 9 Redistributable
.NET 6.0 SDK
VC 2015 Redistributable
If these fail, let me know and I will help solve the issue and update the prerequisites. (Please check logs and include them as "it doesn't work" isn't very useful)
