Short how-2:
No more retarded console windows!!1

Type name, add password, hit create!

Now, click Launch and pick folder where located your .exe , after that, new window appear pick .exe file u need to run. (path_of_exile64.exe)

-- To use launch line options just type like: -option1 --option2 -option3 "whatever"

-- To open new user document folder launch something 1st since it not exist. Then click on folder icon!

If u wanna launch something else hit [ Reset circle ] that will reset path only, not created account.

3rd party:

Hit select, select folder where located .exe file u plan to run.
Then select .exe file.

Now pick one of 2 checkboxes, start before game or after.

Then type how long u need to wait before start app (or game if before), type in millisecond's, converted value appear bellow.

After that check restarter if u need to restart it every crash\exit. (monitoring start after 1 min on check)

U should enable restarter every run manually.

When u done, hit launch, then game [launch > timer > app] or [app > timer > game].

When u need to change what u launching hit orange RESET button, then click select....

Important:
- If error happen, send log.txt (near ral.exe)
- Install [.Net 4.8] if app not start.
- Remember that if you want use yours item filters you need to put them in the new user's Document folder. Navigate to "C:\Users" to find it.

How to use:

Click: Select App
Select folder where game exe located, in next window select .exe you plan to run.
Click: Run


Remove: Will remove current account from windows.
Create: After remove, type new login and pass then click create.
If need, add start-up commands in command line.

An tip: To open user documents open user folder by button.
*User folder not exist until you run something 1st.

When using this, u can start 1 poe client through this app and have it as limited, then just normally launch 2nd poe and it wont be affected?

It will looks like that:

• kirasaka -- Current user rights. (Admin)
• wowrunner -- Other user. (Just an limited user)

Idk what u meant btw If ur stuff don't touch not limited app (, and not limited app don't scan what r u running*), then everything prob. fine?
(*i mean an sutff like poehud\ahk\au3 and etc.)

Also i didnt test can it run 2 and more PoE, but if it work for other game's (\apps) why not here?

Btw both variants not start app?

Hm, well then try to start poe launcher as limit. app. (or steam if u play from here.)

(P.s Game will be limited too so don't worry about, i also had same issue with diablo 3, fixed by starting bnet instead d3 client.)
