Yeah, just use a damn good injector such as guidedhacking one..
completely legit.

It's a directx11 real hook, this isn't an overlay first of all.
and i used imgui as the graphical user interface for the menu..

Ok, I used as recommended by @karssinet217 - GH Injector v4.4. The result in the photo, again does not work! karssinet217 write to people normally what and how to do step by step, what parameters to set in GH Injector!

Can you press Reset settings and try again? But don't change any settings except the process..
Also can you try to extract again the injector but cancel the update, i use version 4.4.

Updated poe-ce-table-3.17.1.CT, managed to fix "Always Show Enemy Health Bars", thanks for the help JeyKelly!

Updated to 3.18, but "Increase Player Light" is still not fixed.

Something went wrong with distance fog. After enabling the colors go crazy. Oversaturated like a rave show.

I tested it on DX11, everything works fine (except "Increase Player Light").
