Just replace the executable. That should do.

I did and health bars didn't show. So I ended up downloading the new version and still same issue. I don't know if it's on my end but they are not resolved atm. Can someone else confirm.

Are you running the steam client? This only works on the standalone client from GGG.

No, you'll have to get/wait for TehCheat's version. No additional functionality is planned to be added to this.

That said, I keep forgetting to mention that AutoQuit exists in it... the UI is just bugged for it. Go into the settings (config\settings.xml or something like that) and enable it with whatever settings you want.

No, running regular client, on windows 7 though. the past poehuds in like 3.8 worked for me (i skipped last league)

Best I can tell you is to restart your computer. It worked when I tried the fix in v6 and I'm not doing anything special. From what I can tell, it's working for others.

Make sure you're running the _x64 client too I guess.

yea I dunno, I installed netframework 4.8, running on x64 client, restarted, no dice... maybe i'll try reinstalling poe later

on the downloads page, its just the source code .zip right? i didnt use the password protected one

No, thats why. Get it from releases, the source code version doesn't work. Keeping the offsets inside private until TC's version goes public.

NOTE: This version only works on the standalone client (probably)

NOTE2: AutoQuit exists, but has a broken UI. Go into the settings, something like config\settings.xml, and enable/configure it. Make sure HUD is closed first, edit the file, then reopen HUD.
