I used poehud so i can see mobs in map for faster clearing, that's all i think they are able to see when Poehud is open.

having not touched poe in about a week, i decided to open it, without hud and still got the warning... hud was on my computer still, but not running. so they have either flagged accounts and are just now posting this message, or are currently scanning files not in use.

I used the Hud + Autoflask and autoquit

I always had all poehud options disabled and only used AutoFlaskManager & AutoQuit - I was presented the 3rd party alert during a voluntary logout after finishing a map, so that suggests a sig detection. Hope this helps.

What a horrible excuse/metaphor for using cheats. You're playing the game in a way it's not meant to be.

I've been using PoEHUD for a few weeks seeing what has spawned in maps and item finder + stash plugin. I haven't received any warning.

I didn't give an excuse for using them, and it's not a horrible metaphor either...it's a quite similar argument.

I would suggest adding option for modified ggpk file, though it isnt clear if people are even banned for just that.

Chris Wilson mentioned in one of his last interviews that they collect the account details of flagged users often for months at a time before rolling out a mass ban wave. He said they arm and disarm their anti-cheat at random intervals.

My guess now would be that instead of having a system they manually managed, they've now invested in an automated anti-cheat via Tencent, which almost certainly ignores any laws or user rights in regards to snooping, collecting data and breaching players privacy & rights.
