Anyone knows what to add to the exception list so the explosions for crusader body armor mod "Killed Enemies Explode, dealing 3% of their Life as Physical Damage" will show?

Make sure you downloaded the latest version:
Releases . ajaxvs/poeNullParticles . GitHub (atm it's "poeNullEffects v. 180404" - 5 Apr) and disable effects again after big updates.
If you still have any issues please provide me more details.
any chance removing all of the terrain?
"DIsable Only" looks like this:

Does not work of course.
I guess I did not get it quiet right ^^.
EDIT: Maybe this tool does not support this kind of nulling?

Is it possible to give us a list of all the changes being made? I want to turn off all emitters except for a certain few. Right now there is only to enable or remove them. The same for skills, some skills are not being disabled and I want to add it in, which the only way to do is the disable only list and setting it so it uses that list instead of the except list which is annoying.

That's correct. If you want to disable just one more skill, you should put its name to "Disable Only" list and press one button. Thats's all, pretty simple as for me.
There's no way to see "full changes" list, even if it would be nice to have such feature, right. There're 10000+ (20000+? havn't checked last patches) emitter files, it requires too much time to analyze all of them and show a result table with enable/disable functions. We can't just save changes the app made, we have to re-analyze all files every launch because any GGG patch can update some skills so our old change list would be invalid. You can change some skills with other tools or "Search" feature too.
And I'm not sure you really want to use a table with 10000+ fields
However it's a nice idea and I understand why you want something like that.

Maybe I'm not understanding how the program works. If I choose 'Disable Only' then does that mean the rest aren't disabled if they're not on the list?
For example the skill Desecrate. I want to disable the light it emits. So I put it in the 'Disable Only' list. Now if I choose the option 'Disable All Except' option will the light from Desecrate still be disabled or will it not because I'm using the 'Disable Only Except' option?

"Null Particles" window works with the current state of ggpk. It doesn't enable any skills, it does "Null Particles" function only.
"Make Good" button (main window) loads a backup first, then enable/disable files depends on selected rule and filled list.
You can check it using "Misc -> Ggpk Search" window. You don't even need to launch PoE, just find the skill you want to check and make sure it has some content or "0" text only.
3.10 league is Delirium. New default Except list lines:
Code:
affliction
Delirium

So I HAVE to use DisableOnly rule if I want to disable something? Why can't I use the DisableExcept rule and add a list to disable along with the exception list?

No.

You can.
There're five ways to disable particles using this app. And dozen of parameters what and how exactly to disable. If you don't understand how it works, you can test it by yourself or just use the main window (slider and "Make Good" button) only.
And as always a reminder to all - don't forget to delete an old backup folder before new league start if you're going to change rules later.

Well, I don't know how to do it. I tried moving the sliders in each one and selecting different rules. Nothing works.
Can you just tell me how to do it?
I click Null Particles.
I added 'desecrate\corpselight' in the Disable Only list.
Then I selected Disable Only Except List in the same window.
Then I press OK
I go back in the game and it's still not disabled.
