Is it working with PoEHUD properly? Seems like without PoEHUD it is working fine. As soon as the HUD is open it cant reveal the area.

Does using F5 work with PoeHUD open?

Not really. PoeHUD F5 hotkey is "Preload Alert" - I dont know if I can change the hotkeys for PoeHUD.
Wait, nevermind. On some areas it works.
Edit2: Not sure, but is the order important? So, PoE first, then Maphack, then PoeHUD. Seems like to work now. <3

Well that's good news! Not too sure what PoeHUD would be doing that the order would matter, but at least it's working now.

Kinda unrelated to how the maphack functions, but I was wondering how the whole thing worked? Like, how is it that the maphack reveals the map, and why is it that the flickering of the screen happens when you press F5?

About the flickering, it's because the function on which we hook for the maphack does a bunch of other UI stuff as well.
So might be that our temporary changes effect the UI as well. About how the maphack works, no idea dude I had an idea in 2.6 but in 3.0 it just happen.
About how did I find that function, it's by playing with the in game map transparency setting. Changing that setting and seeing what memory area gets changed with it and then seeing what accesses that memory area. That's how I found this function.
The reason why I don't know how maphack works is because that function is doing multiple stuff, some of them are not related to maphack, and whenever I try to follow that function for finding out how it does that I came across UI work of that function rather than maphack work.

If I did not reply to you, it mean the question you are asking is stupid.

Same. I poked around for a few hours originally, trying to find something more specific we could use, but there's so much noise from other UI calls it's pretty difficult to catch ones that are related to the maphack and follow them.

When I press F5 it says You cannot go to a Hideout from here.
Thoughts?

That's the trademacro's "/hideout" command hotkey, and it means you can't go to your hideout from that area

Go to C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\PoE-TradeMacro\AdditionalMacros.txt
Replace "global AM_Hideout := ["on", "F5"]" with "global AM_Hideout := ["off", "F5"]"

Sweet. For me the file is in:
Code:
\resources\ahk\default_AdditionalMacros.txt

That output looks correct - you get nothing else?
