I have same error with x8 : failed to replace item
when push custom setings

copy all files IN Art folder on poe smoother 3.8.0/new/custom/Art (if no have folder. create it)
and in poe smoother wait for parsing ggpk and check "custom setting"

Before 3.8.1 all works. After patch i open smother, off shadows and it works, but not "custom settings"
UPD reinstall game and smother, all works

Freepoesmoother with all but last 2 checked(Delve lights and custom settings)
Delve encounter "Smuggler's stash" crashes.

After rolling back content.ggpk - it works.
Tried 4 different smuggler's stash encounters - it's crashing only there and only after freepoesmoother used on poe.

I am playing with poe smoother + 4x textures.
And there is a big problem.
In delves game ALWAYS crashes when i want to go thru SMUGGLER"S STASH so i get stucked and cant go lower
Any fixes?

Use an original ggpk and pass that point...dunno what's wrong in there...
Any message when this crash happens..or a picture..ss, can help.

i downloaded 3.8.1 x8 textures and 3.8.0e smoother, but problem still stands.

its same for me too. I downloaded game again but didnt fixed again. Are you using poe limited mode ?( i think its not effect that too but just asking)
