Any thoughts on how to improve performance during Blight encounters?

I'm trying to figure it out by myself but I'd love to hear some advise in regards of tuning down or removing effects on next few things:
-animation and glowing of main Blight "bulb"
-glowing and pulsing animation of "roots"
-tower effects
-portal effects

Im messing with files in Metadata/Effects/Environment/League_Blight/Infection and Metadata/Terrain/Leagues/Blight/Objects but it is a total cluster*uck.

Metadata\Terrain\Leagues\Blight\Objects\BlightPump.aoc > ParcticleEffects for "bulb" FX
Metadata\Terrain\Leagues\Blight\Objects\BlightPortal.aoc > ParcticleEffects for portal FX

I'm not sure about "roots" FX yet and have no idea about tower FX.

Is there a guide how to use all this ? Like screenshots and arrows for a complete potato in computer science like me ?

I think i found it

Open the tool, choose your Content.ggpk file from where you have the game installed,...wait for the parse to finish ...then check/uncheck what you need.

A checkbox must be left "checked" if you want any effect to work. The you can close the tool and start the game. Even if you don't close the tool, you can play..but you cannot change anything after the game is started.
