Here is archive with removed fog, rain, corpses, extra blood and decals:
DecalsFogCorpsesExtraBlood.rar - Google Drive
Based on fresh 3.1 files.

Made a backup first. Created using my own scripts, so if you encounter any crashed with that - tell me and will fix it.

And this is a last-stand option for anyone, who lags as hell:
PoeUltraLightNoEffects.rar - Google Drive
Archive contains ~15k files, separated by Meta_(N) folders (1k files per dir)
This will remove most of the effects from game - particles, trails, sound effects, wind, lights and decals.

May lead to crashes - still untested. May (or WILL) result in unexpected deaths - some of the skill & effects may become invisible.
But this will let you play with nice & smooth FPS even in the most cancerous parties, on very weak hardware.
Will make your game looks bad, may make your game feels bad. DO NOT USE if you are not sure about it
(also based on 3.1 files)

how we can apply this ?

Unpack archive(s), open your smoother and select Content.ggpk
Wait until it fetch the list of files
Find Metadata folder(s) from downloaded archive(s) and drag&drop it to the smoother, on the left side with list of files and folders
You should see the list of replaced files in the middle area (after some time, it is not instant)
Close the smoother and have a fun.
Note - if you want to use Metadata folders from my second archive, make sure that you have enough free RAM to work with, close & reopen smoother if you can't replace all the files in one session (requires 2+GB of free memory)

If you do something wrong, something may not work or not work at all. May results in crashes.
Game may repair its files after each patch, so you need to repeat the process again.

Do this at your own risk and don't ask me how to do the things. Learn at your own or DO NOT USE THIS SHIT PLEASE.

It's a Beta version, almost everything is working but there could be some old/new errors and crashes.

If anyone has a problems with high memory usage (since texture_quality option is not working and yet not fixed), this can help you:
ResizedTextures.rar - Google Drive

Archive contains resized (1\4) textures, will heavily improve game loading speed (x16 times less data to load!), memory consumption and probably your fps.
Not everything is resized, i leave UI textures (needs more changes to make it work, don't want to do it right now) and everything from particles folder - too much files and resizing process is slow.

Separated by Art_(N) folders, 1k files each.
Note - game will re-download ALL changed textures after each patch, so.. you need to repeat the process again. Pain in the ass, but nothing that we can do about it.

Do not use it if you have slow or limited internet!
