If I remember correctly running 2 accounts on one PC is not bannable, Manocean farmed dominus like year ago with 2 computers and 4 different accounts total, and he even made explained how he is doing it on podcast long ago. There's even video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=voQMQX453PA
Unless they have changed their rules lately, it's still legal, but using a program to make the other guy follow u automatically etc might not be.

anything that controls your character and is not "you" is banable. so if you have 2 windows, both moving but the focus is on one, you'll be banned.

I used to run isboxer back in the closed beta and even posted about it on the official forums about it, my testing with isboxer actually found the cause of one of the most common crashes in closed beta and allowed GGG to find the fix. However not long after the game went live GGG changed their stance on multi clients and allowed only two clients at once on the one PC. One for trading and the other for play. Running around with ISboxer will get you banned now days as GGG records the mac address of your device and multiple connections from one mac address playing at once will cause you to be flagged.
You may be able to get around this by running multiple VM's with different Mac Addresses through a VPN that gives different IP's but there is still a reasonable chance you will be flagged and banned via heuristics that detect botters.
