im using this together with zafars "Zoom Hack, Map Hack and Full Bright for x64" (http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/atta...m-nonsteam-zip) ... and its seem to keep on crashing on me and I have no idea whats causing it.. POECRASH.jpg

That's the way GGG made PoE. DirectX 9 is built on an x86 base, DirectX 11 is built on an x64 base. Since they're totally different architectures, HUD has to have a totally different set of offsets for each structure (and pattern to scan, etc.).
In the future, I think GGG will dump x86 and DirectX 9, and all that will remain is x64 and DirectX 11. What a glorious day that will be.

the patch will be available 3 hours before official release for download. is there anything we can do to help getting this done/ready in case it breaks? (or do you need to be able to log into the game in order to test/do it)

I mean there are a couple of things that would help (i.e. looking at the ggpk file to see if baseitemtypes.dat, mods, stats, tags had their structures change), but it's really not going to be known how much is working until we can login. I'm going to attempt to get home from work a bit before the league starts, so hopefully things go smoothly.
Side note, I'm planning on starting a new thread for 3.0 HUD. If/when I do, I'll post in here linking to the new thread.

I've gone ahead and pushed the changes to the Beta x64 HUD to the x64 branch on github. This means if you don't already have access to the Beta HUD, you can grab it from there and try it out before release tomorrow. No promises it works at release, but it's our best bet at this point.
There are a few things I can check after the game has updated and before I can log in, so there may be some pushes before release that fix those things, but just because there are pushes doesn't mean it will work. I didn't ever get all the offsets for x86 so that will not be available out of the gate for 3.0. I'll try to have it working as soon as possible, but it's simply not a priority with how much better the x64 version of HUD is (plugins!).
