Thank you vmv, thank you doragon. I managed to do what I wanted to do, the code for it (edited only XpRatePlugin.cs) is at [C#] xppentalty - Pastebin.com - the XPPenalty() function, if you want to add to your branches. It shows xp penalty for the character, according to the Experience - Path of Exile Wiki rule, making it easier to see if you're running proper tier map for maximising xp gains. Not the much code, but some nice functionality I think. I turned it off for towns and hideouts for obvious reasons.
The result is displayed next to area name:

I have to learn how to create my own branch and some Git basics
Cheers

If you know how to use Visual Studio...there is nothing i can help you with.
If you don't know how to use VS...then it's a bit of a problem.
Just open ExileHUD.sln with Visual Studio, look after your file..: Poe\RemoteMemoryObjects\IngameUIElements...and after modification...just choose Build, from top bar.
That's all.

TW and RU have the same version 2.0.4b so PoeHUD Garena RU will be working on TW. (but both have same problem with basename, we are loading it in same language as the client, rest will be in english (class, rarirty))
