Actual HUD modification

Hi, I've been perusing the forums here and there looking for a utility that can nuke POEs UI. There are many programs that appear to execute functions titled HUD this or that but if I'm not mistaken, none of them modify the static UI elements that consume 20% of the limited field of play.

As someone who comes from MMOs I can't believe there isn't more outcry over the utterly useless skill icon bar and health / mana globes. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

I believe you can edit the GGPK to remove these UI elements if you want, but their removals would be permanent. Nobody is upset at them because they have always been there for ARPGs.

You could probably write a plugin for ExileAPI to modify the visible property of the UI elements as well... but no guarantee there.
