How to open 2 windows PoE in 1 computer?

As far as I know, you can just open up PoE twice. They officially support 2 connections at once... it's more than 2 that should fail.

The game was always throwing an error, something on the level "there is already a running version of the game." Neither two standelon clients path of exile, not steam clients plus a standelon, nor with a virtual machine and a sandbox - standelon/steam setup options not worked.
