No bot is undetectable. GGG is actually pretty good at banning bots, and their server sided detection is hard to bypass. I am not aware of any bot that is undetected at the moment, and even the detected ones all suck.

Just play the game with something like ExileAPI and/or ExMap. That should give you a fairly big advantage, and you are far less likely to receive a ban.
