As in the title, i am looking for an Exile API plugin that could trigger vaal skill for me on a 100% uptime, or a plugin that could show me when my vaal skill is ready without having to check my skill bar

BuildYourOwnRoutine has a vaal condition, but it was removed for a faster port into ExileAPI. You could try fixing it.
