2) Get BasicFlaskRoutine
3) Put contents of BasicFlaskRoutine folder in "Poehelper\Plugins\Compiled\BasicFlaskRoutine\BasicFlaskRoutine.dll"

Make sure to delete the -master from the folder name. So the flask plugin folder name must be "BasicFlaskRoutine" without the quotes.
