I don't like the word "best", but nl_Independent (Simon) and cybrixz. are two others that stream when they can (part of Kripp's group). They are pretty much on Kripps stream most of the time though, unless there is an event going on. I'd put them on the list way before KingKongor though.

I think Simon has had internet problems for a bit now, but his stream isn't too bad when you want to escape Kripp's chat. Simon was going to try to attempt world first 100, but he died too much I guess. Cybrixz is either a love/hate type of person. A lot of people hate him, but I think he's pretty entertaining when he's not annoying the hell out of Kripp's stream.

I have my own thoughts about Kongor aswell, I think his attitude and personality are pretty annoying, but he's a great player, noone can argue with that. Still, for me, all the other streamers are way more entertaining than him.
About Simon and cybrixz: know these guys from Kripp's stream, but didn't know they have their own stream ^_^ thank you for your feedback!

I hate Cybrix and Simon. Cybrix is an annoying, ignorant, selfish, arrogant fat redneck with the IQ of a small dog. And simon is just straight up retarded, literally everything he says is just replied to with "cool story bro", so annoying to listen to.

As for kongor, how does he have skills? He's a terrible player, he's shown that many times with PoE, and as for D3, the game requires no skill at all.

But yeah, the other people you mentioned are good, especially nugiyen and devmoon.
