[Question] How to put a cloak on necklace?

So my friend has a Grand Exorcist Necklace of Blessings.. and you can enable visual then see the cloak.. when you right click it, the "change appearance" is also usable, not greyed out. is there a trick to do this? because I can't find a way to change appearance on a necklace

No it's a cloak by natural, equip the same neck and you get it to
