people are talking about this right in game chat and LFG precleared DD how is this done?

You will get dd for the dungeon when you relog so you can clear it before it starts.

Enter a dungeon before DD. Clear it to end boss. DD starts, everyone in group relogs (stagger it so everyone isn't logged out at once). Everyone starts at beginning of dungeon cleared to last boss with DD chest for finish.

Dungeon Delve - the special timed/scheduled "event" that happens periodically, noted in your top right menu area.

When the DD event is active, your party gets a special loot chest at the end of a dungeon. What they're saying is, clear right before the DD event starts (leave the boss), and then right after the event starts, you relog to make the game think you're now in the DD event. Kill boss, loot special DD chest. Basically you're getting 1 extra DD chest during the DD event if you plan ahead.

When DD runs, groups get together and try to run as many dungeons as they can, that's why skipping bosses, skipping to the bosses, skipping trash, etc are so popular. Everyone wants to get the special chest on each run as many times as possible during the timed event.
