This CW 4-set bonus should give the following:

Striking a foe with a control spell grants your allies near that foe Reckless Abandon which grants 113 Lifesteal for 10 seconds. Striking a foe with a non-control spell grants your allies near that foe Measured Spellcasting which grants 5% Critical Severity for 10 seconds. Allies affected by both recieve double the benefits.

But instead of doing that, it gives somewhere around 60% extra critical severity to everyone in party.

So you're running with ~140-150% crit severity. For Geared CW this means you will be shield+steal time critting the adds down in second. For others like TR, this means he will lustfully moist hes/hers pants, downing bosses in notime.

Dungeon Delve chests. Or T2 instances (GS requirement 8300 and up). To check what place drops what, go into instance queve window and click dungeons. It says at the bottom what the bosses drops ex. offhands/necks.

LF a experienced CW on the Mindflayer server with this set. To farm Castle never and make tons of AD. I usually make groups to it with my 13k GS Trickster and know many other good players we could run with, so if anyone would be interested. Let me know, either here or on a PM.

I wonder why people go check for exploits but don't read the patch notes ...

hmm ok, but with the patch they don't fixed the setboni, becaue this set isn't working as intended, sometimes it does nothing and somtimes you get 18 stacks from it. so i don't think i can get this in the patch notes, but thanks for the nice answer
