can you do this with any other quest for some nice quick xp?

You could technically do it with any quest, that one was special because the exp scaled with you level, always giving you a full bar.

Looks like that initial foundry nerf hurt them more than it helped. I can't imagine how many characters got to 60 with this in the course of a day.

That still works, although there is emergency maintenance now so they might fix that to.

As far as I know the quest cant be shared anymore

I did this a few days ago. Took me 20min to get from 19 to 60 using autohotkey (1 and F) with someone else sharing the quest around ever 700ms. Was quite fast.

Heads up:

You can use PL exp methods to power level your companions too even if you're max level. =)
