How to change values from server side help!

Simply speaking, you cannot. If those values are in fact located on the server it means you won't be able access them regardless of what you do. The only values we can actually "change" are client sided and even then it's possible the value you are changing is only visual, e.g. finding the health bar address and changing it to 99999, it might appear like you changed your health but once you take actual damage it will just revert back to the original value.

You can't ... is serverside ... you need acces to database.To be clear,you have an apple,you can paint it but it will taste the same.
