MMO debate. The big MMOs and what is the best?

Okay so First we need to list off the big MMOs and the big players and runner ups that we know at the current time of this post going up. Then we need to list what each game has to offer over the others, and have a value attached to it to see how much it weighs against the other, after all more is better. If you have something to add PM or post below etc i will edit etc and please don't be shy to give you opinion out, this is just to chat and see what is what and we all not the same we all have our OWN tastes in life.


PLEASE note: This is my rating and what i think should be taken into account, please post below yours so other can see what you like etc.
-Lore.
-Game play.
-Content. (PvP, PvE, mini games, UI and Other things)
-New people friendly.
-Makers to player relationship vice verse. (fan made stuff too mods etc)
-Free to play vs pay to play. (business model)

So to start off with the current champ...
Warcraft - WoW

-So first off I want to look at why this WoW is so big... well the main reason. is Warcraft 3 the strong story development and the creation of mass fanboys! (and the odd female ^_^) so this builds a very strong base ground for lore. Only thing is... i would love for in-game there to be that current change.

-As far as the game play goes having 4 rows of spells, and pushing them in order keeping various buffs up, and going to read up on what is the best spec to just be accepted into a guild that dues RBG and Raids, then there is having the right gear enchants gems and reforge done, to later that night get you gear peace replaced. The part i hate is that the game has some how been made or the fan base has created the 'perfection' way to play.... now i don't like being told how to play a 'game' that we all pay for and should be accepted for any way we choose to play. And now... I not saying that you can tank as a dps... that is just clearly not.. right... but if i want to choose a talent and glyph that lowers my dps by x amount cuz i want to then who care... Like stacking dodge instead of mastery... etc

-So.. yes WoW has to offer everything, mini games... with in the quests, the pokiewow while you PvE and PvP. We know blizz dues its best to balance the PvP aspects of things but nothing it truly equal.. unless its math sum. And that is a key thing with PvP... At Pro levels look balanced... when your in your 400 rated 3v3s seems very not balanced with that warlock crits132k on your ass. But that is some how what keeps you playing... then there is the normal PvE raid and stuff... the mass of quests and achievements to do. Along with all the collectible goodies. The UI... one of the essayist that i have ever come across, making those 4 rows of spells easy to grasp. then im not sure to place this in game play but whatever... the environment.. and how it feels like all the buildings are just a flat wall with lodes of paint and you can go to the corner and glitch your way under it. The world feels very dead as in the NPC do the normal NPC thing... thinking over 6 years.. maybe those draenei that have been fixing up their ship into a city would have finished by now...? they are clearly able to fix Death Wing's feet marks in SW quite fast... I like the world to change.. with the current story's! other than that there is lodes to do BUT!

-Well.... I started in playing this grand WoW game in BC currently stopped. Well I know fore a fact that currently its a pain in the ass to get where i am currently sitting with 510 I level gear on my main pala with about all the achievements and mount with 500+ pets. Now little jony comes along and wants to try WoW... makes his toon level one hunter or what ever... gets to max level, with nothing but about 2 titles to his toons name.. a shitty gryphn mount, about 4k achievements in a social guild that dunnest help anyone, but the normal perks, Then I walk passed with all the cool pets close to all achievements in the game, Epic looking Mog gear and very hard to get mount. with the normal 510 I level... hes just in greens/blues... Now how down putting will that be! so then he jump on blizz store buys mounts pets and that mog helm.... making the silly store stay up. SO... that must be very welcoming.. He now has to put about more time to go back and do all the quests from BC up to current content... if he want to catch up, and well people are not going to be very willing to just raid low level dungs all over again when best thing is to do is get SoO down! My point is WAY too much content coming in fore new people to catch up.

-Well... The Devs are very active on the forums.. all ways reading and commenting -WHEN NEEDED...- but it would be LOVELY to get a bit more that just "We will fix it but over time etc etc delay delay stuff.." dunnest happen all the time.. but its most of the time, they just seem money hungry... But then there are the fan sites that poke holes everywhere they can! well this their job.. and Devs job to fix them but they once in a blue moon come out and say Hey! hold up.. you wanted this and we said x but now you want this back... etc Just and example..
Lets take.. the 4.5 virtual realms.. they advertised it coming in this patch.. didn't happen. all we get is... We have to work on it... Well then don't advertise it for that patch dammit! the fan base is good i guess.. but they can get a bit over reactive.. like my mother.

-OKAY! OKAY OKAY! **** THE blizzard store... FFS they should not have that for a game you pay monthly not once off like GW2 that is accepted... but monthly pay to have really cool mounts and pets out of the game and having to pay for it.. and not cheep i may add for different cosmetic model. And Yes it dues matter as i want that, but its not in the game it out the game that requires more money... just dunnest seem right... I'm paying for a game and i now need to pay again for something i want again... Grand... aint it.

I will do the next edit on GW2 then SWTOR , and so on!
