Enter a Red Terminal mission with some mates, kill the boss, now use Bodyslide to return to base, then Bodyslide back into the instance and you'll be back next to the boss ready to kill again and farm.

You still only get 1 Cube Shard per day but the chances of decent loot dropping is higher in Red misssions.
