Here is a quick guide on the server and how to connect.


Ok here is a quick guide I made for all of us English speaking players!


Step 1. You need to download the Full English version of WarHammer online

Go to this link: Warhammer Online : Age of Reckoning

*Make sure to download th full client*

*Also make sure to patch your client to the latest patch*

Here is a user name an password if you need it.

Username: totodu12
Password: waqwaq12

Step 2. Next you must delete the file "data.myp" in your game directory and download the unofficial patch and install it on the game directory.

Step 3. Next you must install the Ivalice Launcher on your game directory.

Step 4. Next you'll need an account on Ivalice Legend

*I would suggest using Google Translator to complete registration*

Congrats you know can play on the server.

FAQ

Q. Why do skills not work?
A. Hotboss has them disabled he will post letting us know when they will be enabled again.

Q. Why are some mobs not where there are supposed to be?
A. This is an Alpha Test meaning not everything is going to work 100%

Q. What is working on the server?
A. Search these forums there is a wealth of information do some of your own homework.

Q.What are the server rates?
A. Again search the forums and you will find many of these answers.

Q. Why is registration page not accepting my username.
A. You must have a username over 8 characters.

Q. Why is the registration page not working?
A. This is a private server not everything will not be perfect if you need help PM an Admin or Moderator they will be able to help if there is a bug for registration.

What works:

-The combat system basics ie.. Auto Attack
-Gain experience
-The respawned monsters
-Merchants (very little though)
-The monsters drop money, and even gear on Order
-Quest only work on Order
-Adding people to your friend list

This does not work:
-PVP
-Trade System
-Friend System Options.. Trade, Invite To Party, Inspecting
-Party System
-Whispering
-Skills
-Quests
-Distance attacks
-The other players appear as enemies
-Sometimes you can not see the NPC or other players
-Falling damage
-No monsters 'aggro
-The NPC of the opposing faction are friendly
-No-portal to other areas do not work
-Destruction Quest's
-No items on Mobs in Destruction

Development will be a little slow, because it's simply not as big of an MMO as WoW or Aion... so less people are interested in emulation.
