it's nowhere near as effective but what I do is have teleport locations set on all the bos and keeps in all the t4 zones, and then everytime i login i do the 'scout xxx bo' quests that give 1.5g each in 10 seconds by just porting to each location.. not great but it does help

well yaeh but isnt a bit dodgy teleporting in different locations? I mean try to do that on a populated server and you will be banned in a few moments :/
