Authenication failed error.

I just downloaded and istalled the trail of warhammer. and when i try to log in i keep getting this error all the time..

It says, authenication failed, tho i can log in at the website

You must login to the game with your game account username and password NOT your master account username and password. You may change the game account password by clicking on the orange box labeled Change Password at the bottom. The Change Password link at the top is for changing your master account password.

If it aint this then I don't know either :/

Maybe it's your firewall? try to turn it off.
Or try opening the correct ports.

Also, I had "authentication failed" because I had no gametime left, but that won't be the problem i guess.

nothing works, i mailed them and asked why it did not work. they said there was no license..
