    Get renown anytime as a healer

    1. Have a buddy/random flag himself for rvr

    2. Heal him

    Watch as you get renown(not epic amounts) but renown nontheless

    No, it's random times you get renown for healing a flagged person, and only when they are in combat. i'm on Open rvr server so i know this
