having more than 2 Standards at the same Time

2.) the guildmaster grand another member to wear a standard
3.) the new granded member wears his standard
4.) repeat 2 till 4

This doesn't do anything as you can't use the standard if you're not asigned to it... You can wear it, yes, but you can't deploy it for the stats and buffs.
