Questions about WAR

Ok, I've just been reading about WAR, reading about is WoW worth quiting for WAR, a lot of people think it is, but I've seen a lot of disappointing things so far like the limited selection in graphic cards.. And if you dont get one of these you're game might not work.. And the scenarios etc.
Also, does WAR have a monthly online cost and if so does the box with the game come with a X amount of days/months like WoW does?
So really is it worth quiting WoW for? Need opinions from people that have tried both.

Yes you do have to pay per month for this game, it does come with 30 days free as usual.

I was a WoW player like most people on this forum, I got burned out after BC because I jsut did not have the time to raid and keep up with everyone else and ran out of reasons to log back in.

One year later I started following Warhammer. It is SIMILAR to WoW but VERY different at the same time. Everything you do contributes to the War Effort. Basically if you are interesting in researching this game, I link you here - Mythic Entertainment | Warhammer Online
These videos tell you the best features of WAR but I will sum them up for you

Public Quests - Run into an area and see that a Public Quest is being done, it is a group effort to reach a goal, usually has 3 stages and does not require a group to finish, anyone can join in. 1st stage is kill X amount of creatures, 2nd stage USUALLY kill X amount of Champions (elites but stronger), 3rd stage Kill big boss
After this depending on how much you contributed to the quest you get loot, the more you contribute the better the loot.

RvR - Realm vs Realm combat, capturing keeps (truly hard), gaining objectives, you get HEAPS of XP from killing other players really this game is epic.

As Paul Barnett said, this game is the best hits of MMO's plus more, truly a worthy investment.

Currently, I'm using my computers stock, integrated GeForce 6150 LE. It's a horrible card, but the game runs fine. A bit laggy, sure, but it's not that bad.
I haven't heard about the limited graphics card selection, but if you still have your computer's original card, it may be time to upgrade anyways.

Right know got a GeForce 9500 GT and max fps I get is 80, I dunno why though. Can hardly fraps anything because fraps is being a tard and makes my fps around 10.... but other than that the game runs fine for me. And the game does come with 30 months free but you have to activate a gamecard or use a credit card to get those days -.- If your like me and don't have a credit card it will come out around $90.

The more you contribute, the higher the chances of getting a certain amount of + to your loot roll is .

There's also Kill Collectors (I don't use em much). They basically just reward you with exp if you killed some mobs that they don't like. Say for example a guy named Jorgen Grulu is a Kill Collector, he doesn't like the Orcs in the area, but you don't know that. If you happen to kill a orc in the area and go back to Jorgen you will see that he will reward you with exp even though you didn't take any quest .

One of my favourite things about the game is that you can level all the way to 40 by just pvping. You get experience and renown (renown is kinda like honor, but with levels) by killing other players, and players can even be looted, although they don't drop their own items but just random loot like monsters.

i run an invidia gforce 4400 and it run just fine for me
