[Thief] Avoid combat on guarded chests and skill challenge

So regarding Reiu's post for Warriors,
Thiefs can do similar things and more.

You need this spell -> Shadow Refuge - Guild Wars 2 Wiki (GW2W)
"Create a pulsing refuge at the target area that heals allies and cloaks them in stealth."
Lasts up to 10 or 12 sec.

It's simple:
Run to a chest, ignoring mobs.
Once there, pop Shadow Refuge right onto the chest.
You will be stealthed and drop aggro.
Loot while stealthed.
Profit

Same works with quarded skill challenges (veterans and/or champions).
The ones where you just have to use / commune with it.
