Mesmer Stealth 4 second cooldown

The ability prestige (You get it when having a torch equipped) will instantly stealth you, and if the cast bar goes to full it'll be on a 30 second cooldown. But if you cancel the cast by pressing escape it'll only be on a 4 second cooldown, and you'll be able to stealth again.

A lot of mesmer abilities are cancellable like the greatsword auto attack. Good find.

You should add that it also aoe blinds when cast and if traited will add a stack of confusion.
