Is GW2 worth it?

I'm a long-term WoW player and have recently got bored of the game which is why I've started selling gold for some extra cash (wrote off my car). I can probably casually make about £50 a week on WoW selling gold. Is there that sort of money to be made on GW2? or possibly more?

Doing as many hours a week I can do at work but need to get back on the road.

P.S Will probably be botting.

No money to be made in GW2 everything u can bot sells for shit and now alot of people are reporting Bans. And they aren't leniant they dont give 24-72hr suspensions its just lolban.

Im glad to hear all this, botting have long ruined games, and now with the extra efforts on banning bots the economy in-game is getting back to normal. I dont mind selling gold but if you do it in a smart way by either buying-selling stacks of goods, or farming or whatever, like every other person.
