I'm new to ownedcore and and am looking for some help when it comes to purchasing gil online. Is this frowned upon? What are the issues I should be aware of...people are telling me that I can possibly lose my account if the company im buying gil from does a poor job. Is this correct?

Buying gold, gil, credits etc is frowned upon everywhere UNLESS the game company is the one selling it to you. If you get caught YES you can lose your account. If this is your first offense you MAY get off with just a slap on the wrist however this isn't guaranteed AND you will lose everything you purchased .

When buying gold, gold, credits etc, make sure you go with a reputable seller. Check their posts and reputation. Check their sellers history. Make sure you at least CHAT with them through skype or their website to make sure they can supply what you need at a timely manner.

I ended up buying some gold from a newer, established company called EasyGil. There website is easygil.com and I got a good rate and they delivered really quickly. From my research i saw that a lot of people use face to face transactions to be 'safer'. i made sure they did before.
