Does anyone know where the information is in the DAT files for animation lock/delay? I'm not looking to modify it so don't need any extra information, just trying to compile all the delay times for each ability to help with a combat simulator and I'm struggling with SkS, network delay, ping/latency, and what is animation delay. If I can get hard numbers for animation delay I can then analyze how what is attributed to lag and allow people to input that variable into the sim.
Weapon Skills should go down to 1.5s recast (1.4s), oGCDs .75s (.65s), and mudra/special skills .5s (.4s). All skills have a +/- 100ms to them based on server communication.
