How to complete veteran pledge on normal difficulty? (Question)

In one of my guilds the MOTD was briefly set with instructions to message someone to be told how to glitch dungeon levelling and complete veteran pledges on normal difficulty. I asked for the method but was never told. Does anyone know how to complete veteran pledges by glitching the difficulty to normal?

Have a full party, have everyone set their dungeon to Veteran before doing this (Those who can set it.) Login to a lower level toon, give lead so that the dungeon stays on Veteran, pass lead, switch back. You can do this for completing White Gold Tower & Imperial City Prison for 2 gold keys when they are the Veteran Dailies for Undaunted.

No, but "glitching/using this exploit" if you set the dungeon to below V1, you will not even see any drops. It is strictly & can only be used to get through a dungeon, not manipulate it for drops. If this was possible, you would have a full scale guide ready at your disposal in the elite section.

I'd like to have some information on this matter too. And can anybody then describe how it is done exactly?

I'm still unsure how to do it because I don't understand what he means with 'give lead' because he can't possibly still have lead when he switches to a lower level toon. He won't even be in the group.
