Force Increase Inventory Space

Hi all - I've stumbled upon this little gem. Basically what you do is force your inventory to go BEYOND the cap, and then, actually RETAIN that space afterwards.

You need the 'HIRELING' skill in any profession. You need the Raw Materials Package that they send you, in your Mailbox. DON'T TAKE THE ATTACHMENT YET!

So, to start:

-Have 5 Inventory Space left (ie. 55/60)
-Have a friend (or an alternative character) send you multiple items via Mail; some that can stack, others that are non-stacking.

-Loot the mail from your friend, and then loot the 'Raw Materials Package' from your Hireling and it'll bump your inventory space over from 60/60 to 61/61.

Note: You retain that extra slot of inventory space! Even after logging out and back in. Get it while it lasts!





Update: The in-game mail system is down.

Maybe this is why they blocked player mails? I remember an announcement made about it ingame.

I can confirm this is why they shut down the mail system. They're lurking like crazy on this site supposedly.

As of Patch 1.0.1, I still have the extra inventory slot.

By the way, I am playing on the EU megaserver. Not US.

Like I thought, they don't know how to catch and decrease inventory slot from everyone that used this exploit haha...GZ!
