that can find any player in the world by spending 5 energy.

So what can you do with him? Are you looking for a good fishing spot? Look at the top rankings by pressing P, then check the name of the top fisher and go to where he is.
Somebody pissing you off in chat? Go PK him.
Rival guild farming somewhere? Find them.

And so on.
