Fast and easy gold

This is just a really easy way to earn gold in Archeage, most people already know about this.

Its not needed, but i recommend that you have food & drink to regen mana and hp.
Meditate in Auramancy also works.

This is what we are farming!

From this coinpurse you can get:
Starlight/Moonlight/Sunlight Archeum Shards 40s/3g/4g ea
Starlight/Moonlight/Sunlight Archeum Crystals 1g/13g/20g ea
LOADS of gold
Mysterious garden powder 1g ea
Moonpoint 36g ea

First place that i usually farm at is in Sanddeep, these are really easy to kill and i can usually pull of grouping them up as 4-5 and then kill them.

Now, after a few days the wereshark place got really crowded but i can pull off farming there during early morning or during the night, if im not farming there i usually go here.
There is 2 spots in Windscour, the blue marker is the bonehoarders, they are usually 2n2 but can also be a group of six sometimes. I find it harder to kill these cause my attacks miss and they evade but it works if you are 2 persons.

The red marker is the twinheaded serpents, now i can usually pull of 4-5 of those at the same time and my attacks rarely misses and they dosnt evade

The third place i usually farm at requires atleast 2 persons but from my experience 3 persons is ALOT faster. Ideal is to have a tank with Occultism so he can stun the yetis and a mage that can meteor strike them easily. Be aware though, these yetis are "1 star" and walk around in packs of 3. They hit like trains on me (Darkrunner) but i can pull of 4-6 of them using Battlefocus.

Another thing with these yetis is that the purse is 100% drop from them.



I get around 10 purses per 5 minutes depending on the amount of people farming.

I have tried farming this using the 10% more loot candy/tonic however im not sure if it works in that way or not, it felt like i got more purses but it could have been placebo.

I also use the snowlion to gather up alot of mobs using the shoot arrow skill.
When i have gatherd alot of mobs, this is what i do:
1. Freerunner if off CD
2. Battlefocus
3. Bondbreaker
4. Sunder earth
5. Wait for parry [ALTERNATIVE]
6. Whirlwind [STUNS]
7. Sunder earth
8. Whirlwind

Then just keep on going and throw in a tigerstrike every now and then.

That depends on your luck, but 100 purses gurantees atleast 6g.
I do think larceny increases what you can get from a purse, ive gotten up to 3 items at once at 28k larceny. Sometimes you wont get shit from the purses and sometimes you will hit a goldmine, example of that is when i got 4 sunlight crytals, 2 moonlight crystals, 1 moonpoint, 6 sunlight and 1 moonlight shard. And some other times i havnt gotten shit or i have gotten starlight stuff.

Yes it does, I know pretty well how it works but never tried to make gold with it since I have many farms... but it could be useful to have an idea on how much per hour

I farmed 1 hour today and i got in total:
206 Jester coinpurses
1 unidentified weapon

This is what i recieved from the purses
Fire lunarite x1
Wave lunarite x5
Sunpoint x1
Sunlight archeum shard x3
Moonlight archeum shard x2
Starlight archeum shard x1
Starlight archeum crystal x2
Moonlight archeum crystal x1
12g (ish) from purses

In total i got 62 gold from 1 hour of farming this.

I also got ganked 3 times, and if i can say so myself this was a bad "drop" from the purses, i did get 3 crystals but 2 of them were starlight and they aint worth anything, but its still a crystal
I didnt highlight the starlights because i have them stockpiled and wouldnt show the correct amount of crystals & shards.

Well i did farm another 86 purses and i got from them:
1 Moonlight archeum shard
2 Sunlight archeum crystals
1 Superior fire lunarite
4 wave lunarite
1 fire lunarite
3 lunadrops ( salvaged )

Now i didnt time this, but around 20-30 minutes maybe? Its really random how much you got, but yeah, if you dont have a farm or any other profiency, this is a good way

Ofcourse there is better spots, i know a few of them, however when i looked here in the guide section i couldnt find a guide like this, which is why i put this one up, maybe some people didnt know about this :P

100 coinpurse = 500 labor . I rather doing fishing I can get 30-80G with 500 labor .
Remember that , Labor Point is your money source .
Do a math and find the fittest proficiency for your own , For me fishing is the easiest way to farm gold , when you reach 50K you can get like 400-600G with 2-3K labor .
You want more income ? make an invest to fishing boat .

More details about expert fisherman , When you reach 90K fishing .
Its only consume 70 Labor point .
Sailfish :
Small = 6-8G
Medium = 12-16G
Large = 22-26G

Marlin :
Small 8-9G
Medium : 17-19G
Large : 32-39G

Yetis are by far the best spot for coinpurses if u know how to do it.
i do it with another guy and we make 400-450 jesters /hour

I agree, however isnt fishing dangerous? You need 2 be a few guys with a fishing boat to be able to defend the boat aswell.

However, this guide is kind of "outdated" in a way, the price for crystals etc has almost halfed in price due to that stupid tree producing crystals
