Mod/hack that removes "BUILD" button when placing an House?

Does this exists as of now?

I know of the old mod sold by RENgOLD, that included the AH timer, FoV etc. But tried it today, and the "BUILD" button is back.

Does anyone know of a new way to remove it ? (or gotten RENgOLD's to work again) ?

Is it? I figured I'd have received a ban by now if it were detected. Though I'm only using the FoV setting as that is all I really cared about. Are you sure it's detected?
