It doesn't work anymore because easyanticheat can tell the difference between simulated keystrokes (AHK) and physical keystrokes (Your keyboard)
EAC now blocks shift and alt keys when they are being sent from a simulated keystroke, meaning {shift down} and {shift up} is now blocked in your script and only mousemove works, which is why it no longer loots items.
