Account w/ 3 85's for cash offer

Hey, making this post for my buddy since he doesn't play WoW anymore and doesn't have his own Ownedcore account. He's done with WoW, playing SWTOR atm and going to be going to D3 when it comes out, so he has quit WoW for good. He IS the original owner, and can provide ALL information, including photocopy of ID, but excluding CD-keys. His 3 toons are a Night Elf Druid, a Blood Elf Rogue, and a Worgen Priest.
Few things to note:

Account is INACTIVE
Account also comes with Starcraft II
Account has never received any sorts of warnings/bans/etc
He can't remember the amount of gold that is on the account. Around 10-15k if he remembers correctly.
