Old school (preferably still lvl70) Hunter

So, I'm looking to buy a Hunter character with stuff from Vanilla->TBC that are now unobtainable. What are the possibilities of transfering the character to my own Bnet account? Is that even possible these days? Not really sure how the selling world works.

If I recall correctly if you could find a non battle.net account you could merge it to your battle.net even if the names did not match. However if it’s battle.net and battle.net I have no clue how you could transfer the character.
