omg you want people to buy an baned account, you are not sure about one mount, btw you can't trabnsfer character without having same account name like (Jonhy deep owner name in both accounts) and you canot transfer characters with the account baned too, so that account is not yours and people canot do nothing with it... GL

The names of the unmerged WoW accounts do not matter when we're talking about transfer from one account to another - the Battle.net account names matter in this case.

Reality is, since you won't unban them yourself, nobody is going to trust the information you have is enough to get them unbanned.

Simply because there is absolutely no reason why you wouldn't do that yourself.

Simply because if I want to unban those WoW licenses, I'd most likely have to MERGE them into a battle.net account, and then the whole point of the whole idea is lost. THIS is what I'm selling at the moment.
