I made a russian account with vpn but live in USA. wanting to buy someone to gift me subs, paying via paypal for this to happen.

Wanting to make sure this works, as long as my region is russian and im on classic, i can play on usa servers and have russians gift me game time?

I will not be using vpn when playing on my russian account though.
