I ordered a <The Chosen> run with an added mage tower challenge for another character yesterday afternoon. Everything was set up and I assume it was completed sometime during the day. I never received a notification of when it was complete, and couldn't log on until after I returned from work, when the new patch hit.

I did get my The Chosen title, but sadly the Valorous transmog set box was still in my mail, and upon accepting it, I saw that it was now a grey trash item worth 1 copper, because it wasn't opened before the patch. Considering it was supposed to be part of the reward, I feel really disappointed. To make matters worse, the mage tower challenge that was part of the purchase was never completed either. I logged on the character and saw nothing unlocked.

There was no communication from them after I gave them the info, and I have yet to receive a message back on discord when I brought this up. I've purchased a service from them before and it was done amazingly fast and with great communication, so I'm confused as to how everything fell so short this time around.

Overall, somewhat upsetting experience

Edit: They got back with me and offered to make up for it with some Mythic+15 runs, and apologized for the inconvenience. I'm glad we could reach a mutual understanding and that they went out of their way to help me out, despite being busy with the new expansion right around the corner. Thank you!
