Hello, kkk089. Community routines written by our users and their pvp absolutely depend on their approach how routine released and which features it has included and do. Rogue is not r1, might glad possible, but currently on community profile no higher however you always can tweak it by yourself without know code skills. All CC usually manually, only few of them configured for specific event such as feral druid stuns for hunter if he used trap. We haven't knowlenge to compare it with vitalic since it was never used. In PvE it's confirmed 90%+ logs, some specs parse 96% such as outlaw and assassination on certain bosses.
